MUR Management Development Program (MMDP) aims to prepare future leaders who will itempa BTPN in a planned and structured program, especially in the field of Micro Financing

qualifications:
1. Minimal S1 with GPA 3:00
2. Male / Female, age maximum 25 years
3. Preferred Fresh Grauate or working experience max. 1 year
4. Energetic and have high morale
5. Terhaap strongly oriented targets
6. Being able to establish communication and sociable
7. like a job with high mobility and willing to be placed throughout Inonesia
8. Willing to follow the training program MMDP set (System Fall)
9. Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
