MANAGER AREA
Responsibilities:
- Manage dealer management and built relationship with delaer, as well as maintain their XL’s product knowledge
- Achieve revenue target in assigned area through effective area sales strategy and sales/distributin performance monitoring
- Analyze market competition and competitor’s activity to sharpen sales strategy and gain returns fo XL
- Develop sales marketing plan through identification of potential marketing for the whole year
- Develop effective strong relationship that will enhance tactic and selling strategy
- Budget control and monitor for the whole plan and action.
- Monitor and control all sales marketing action through sales distribution tools and reports.
Requirements:
- S1, all major. Preferably with sales marketing/business related 3 years experience
- Good negotiation and sales skill
- Good Consumer behavior knowledge
- Result achievement
- Understanding of sales and distribution, market and competitor analysis
