- Education Background Diploma (D3) / Bachelor Degree (S1), freshgraduate or have similar experience with GPA min. 2.75
- Major : Telecommunication Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Accounting Management, Statistic, Computerized Accounting, Public Relations, English Literature, Marketing, Law, Business Management.
- Maximum age: 30 years old by 31 December 2012
- Able to communicate well in English (verbal & written)
- Highy motivated
- Able to take initiative
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work with team or individually
- Willing to be located in all INDOSAT operational area
