Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a special education program designed to prepare fresh graduatesuntuk a reliable workforce and become future leaders Holcim through intensive training and development. You will not only learn about our business, but also gain real experience in applying technical skills, skills in interacting, and harnessing the power and potential and doing tugasmenantang every day.
Join us if you are fresh graduates (graduating this year or 2012) or no more than 1 year working experience with:
Ability to work with a good team
Caring and communicative interaction with others
Thinking skills and good analytical, open to learning and innovative
Being able to motivate yourself to do more and have integrity and act as role-models

GPA ≥ 3:00
Active in activities / extracurricular organizations

For Logistics & Export we are looking for applicants with a background of Naval Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
